I disputed this information several time, only to have it removed and later reapplied to my credit report. The said items on my credit report are the items that I'm asking to be removed, due to the CRA 's violating several of my consumer rights, by not providing me with a contract between myself and the CRA 's, my rights to privacy, and by not actually investigating the validity of the mentioned accounts.In XXXX XXXX XXXX, Equifax had a lawsuit filed against them for unethical practices ; failing to properly conduct investigations into consumers disputes to assure its accuracy of the information, which lead to inaccurate information and errors being reported on consumer credit reports, which resulted in consumers being denied credit or unfair credit worthiness reported.I ask that the mentioned accounts are permanently removed from my report.
