I received an email inquire from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that my account with the company XXXX XXXX which backed by XXXX back closed my account. When I called the XXXX XXXX their recording stated that my account was closed due to nonactivity. They closed the account because I hadn't used the account and purchased anything since made my last payment back on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX closed the account on XX/XX/XXXX, and did not send me later or anything in the mail. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a representative from XXXXXXXX XXXX she tried to give several reasons to why it was closed. The first excuses was because my mortgage payment was not being reported. I responded that my house was paid off. Her second excuses were that credit agency did another credit check on me and that I had negative inquire on my credit report. My response was who gave you authorization to do a credit check without my permission. She could say for call the credit bureau and that they closed the account which I know is untrue.
