After Covid I struggled to keep up with payments. I ended up losing my job. I had to result temporarily to driving for XXXX while looking for another job and I would communicate that with the loan company. In between looking for another job, I attempted to make payments in the amount that I could considering I was not getting paid as much. Upon asking to make a smaller or partial payment, the loan company repeatedly stated that they will not accept anything less than the minimum, which is the total amount I am behind. My argument is, had I been able to make partial payments I could have kept up with the payments, but the loan company refused any payment and would only accept payments over the phone leaving me with no other options to make partial payments. For example one months payments is around XXXX XXXX so if Im behind 3 months in payments with a total of XXXX XXXX and I try to make a payment of XXXX XXXX the loan company will not accept it or any payment under a minimum amount.
