My issue is with Transunion. I had one late mortgage payment and my servicer XXXX XXXX reported to all the credit bureaus that I had two late payments and my account was delinquent. I attempted unsuccessfully to get XXXX to correct this with Transunion, XXXX and XXXX. I submitted disputes with accompanying documentations to all three and XXXX replied to all three that I was correct that there was only XXXX late payment in the history of the account and the account was currently ( and still is ) up to date and in good standing. It was unfortunate I had to take this extra step but XXXX and XXXX promptly fixed the error and while my credit took a slight hit it now reflects a mid high XXXX 's score. I started my dispute with Transunion through XXXX XXXX. I received written documentation that my dispute had been substantiated and any errors would be fixed within a week or two. Months later it is still not fixed and in fact still getting reports from XXXX XXXX that Transunion considers my account with XXXX delinquent. I have tried multiple times to reach out to Transunion and have spoken with people who assure me some special team will look into and handle this but to date all I have received is one call with no specifics referring me to a general number and they once again inform me I will get a call from some special unit. I have also received email correspondence in an encrypted form which states that they don't have the documentation. I responded with a reference to my precious dispute and the documents I have sent asking them to tell me specifically what else they need to which I have received no reply. They continue to have publish incorrect information which they know is incorrect and refuse to fix.
