No supporting documentation has ever been provided. Multiple unauthorized hard inquiries appear in my report since XX/XX/XXXX, including entries from : XXXX Card Services XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Bank Delaware XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Capital XXXX multiple entries in XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple entries in XXXX and XXXX I did not authorize these inquiries, and their repeated appearance severely damages my XXXX XXXX and violates my privacy rights. This ongoing inaction and failure to comply with federal law constitutes a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue compensation for damages caused by inaccurate reporting, negligence, and failure to respond to lawful disputes. I reserve my right to take legal action and seek monetary relief under 15 U.S. Code 1681n and 1681o, including actual damages, statutory damages, and attorney 's fees.
