I am reporting for unlawfully reporting federal student loan accounts ( serviced by XXXX ) that have already been deleted by XXXX These accounts contain sensitive educational data protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ). Experian has never produced a signed promissory note or legal authorization to disclose this data to third parties, including credit reporting. Under FERPA, my educational records can not be shared without written consent. Under FCRA 609 ( a ) and 623 ( b ), required to verify these accounts with original documentation. Despite repeated disputes, they continue to report these loans as verified without lawful evidence. This is a violation of both federal education and consumer protection laws.
