on XXXX XXXX i was notified by an employer who offered me job couple days prior that my offer might be rescinded because of info on my " driving background check '', the results say i have XXXX felony convictions and i do not have any.it ha wrong it also repeats a conviction. and lists a charge that was dismissed but they have it listed as i was convicted. they gave me 5 days to correct the report. i have called transunion via the phone number below that my employer provided : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX and the phone rings one time then hangs up on me. i tried to contact transunion online and was not able to log gin even though i have the correct log in info and received the code sent to my as verification. as another attempt to dispute within the allowed. today marking the XXXX day i contact transuion on their website and spoke to a live agent who informed me that my account was flagged for security purposes and told me that i needed to call in. i provided him with my social security number and all the identity info requested and even though i got it correct he said i still needed to call in to verify my voice. which is odd because they wouldn't know my voice since i never called in before. i called in anyway and of course it rings once and hangs up. today is the XXXX day in which i lose my job offer. seems unfair that transuion has so many inaccurate data costing my job and no way to correct it.
