I have been reaching out to Cash App on multiple attempts trying to dispute my account closure. I explained to them that the automatic closure that they did to my account was a mistake. I asked them the reasoning behind the account closure, and they provided feedback that my account was closed due to violating their terms and agreements. I responded that I have never violated any of their terms or agreements and only send money to family and friends. That is what the app is made for, I ask them what term did I violate or agreement. They then responded that they can not tell me why I violated but, I can feel free to look over their policy to see the possible reasons. There is no reasoning behind why my account was closed, and they can't even tell me what term I violated. I am not the only individual this has happened to. I believe Cash App needs to be investigated. When you try to call to speak to someone, the number is a dummy number. You can not speak to a live person over the phone. Only by email only, half the time I don't believe they understand what someone is talking about. Please help get my account back open.
