The offer ( Reference ID XXXX ) stated that a cashback payout would be issued within approximately 45 days of the transaction. I followed all offer requirements : - Activated the XXXX offer through the Capital One portal - Completed the purchase in the same session - Used my Capital One credit card - Kept my account open and in good standing As of today, well over 60 days past the transaction date, I have not received the cashback or any response regarding its status. I initially attempted to contact Capital One via email to inquire about the payout. However, all support emails bounced. I also attempted to escalate by faxing a formal letter to Capital Ones Executive Office multiple times now, but to no avail. I have called the customer support via phone as well, and was told they would look into it and offer an update, and the only resolution I have been given is to continue waiting even though we are well past the advertised offer terms and timelines. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including screenshots of the activated offer and my purchase receipt, I have not received any explanation or resolution.
