Without this information, I can not verify the accuracy of the loan, the amount reported, or the legitimacy of the collection activity. I am requesting a formal investigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). If the debt can not be validated, I ask that it be corrected or removed from my credit report.
