XXXX took over my student loans from mygreatlakes. Per XXXX service provider if I had automatic payments set up this would all transfer to the new service provider, nelnet. XXXX did not take my automatic payments and did not notify me via mail that they needed payment. They then submitted negative late reports on my credit for 3 months, when I paid them up to date and set up automatic payments after the first month. I then disputed this with the 3 credit bureaus, experian, equifax and transunion and non of their investigation teams updated the payments or corrected nelnets negative reports. I provided screenshots from nelnet themselves that my accounts are in good standing and still experian did not update the records. My credit score went from 843 to 640 because these companies can't follow their own policies.
