In XXXX of XXXX, I submitted requests for quotes for affordable auto and homeowners insurance from various companies that use data supplied by LexisNexis Risk Solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX. I am being denied factual and accurate quotes from insurance companies based on information which is being furnished to them by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. So far, I have been unable to secure an affordable quote for my auto and homeowners insurance from the companies that I had inquired with in this regard. Upon investigation, I have found that the companies are not supplying me with acceptable quotes in an affordable range due to invalid or inaccurate information that is being supplied by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. I have requested my consumer report from LexisNexis Risk Solutions many times and have received a form letter from them each and every time, stating Unable to Process Request, even though I have repeatedly supplied the required information to this company that was documented in the form letter and in my initial request. I am attaching copies of the form letters that I have received from LexisNexis Risk Solutions for your investigation into why this company is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations regarding the right of the consumer to be furnished a copy of their consumer data. Without having been furnished this data, I can not verify, correct, appeal, amend, or clarify any information which is contained within their file regarding my records. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have : the right to know what is in my file, the right to ask for a credit score, the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information, the right to have outdated negative information removed from such record, and the right to limit prescreened offer of credit and insurance that I get based on information in the report. I have been denied all of the above rights granted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act by LexisNexis Risk Solutions, as they appear to be in gross violation of the Act. Attached, please find copies of communications with this company for your investigation and action. I appreciate your attention in this matter.
