When I decided to sign up for school 3 years ago at XXXX XXXX while doing the student loans they encouraged me to sign up for their private student loan thats apart of their school they told me I was short XXXX dollars on my tuition and i couldnt go to school unless I have a loan to cover the remainder amount they explained that I would need the loan towards the end of my program I signed up for thats how they explained it to me come to find out they applied the private loan as soon as i started school I had no idea I feel like they mislead me and now I am forced to owe on a loan I had no idea they applied to my tuition as soon as I started I feel like I got set up I have tried to fight this loan because I feel like I was blinded and set up if I knew they were going to do that I would have never signed up for the loan they completely explained it wrong to me then I tried to get help from the financial aid advisor that signed me up they claimed they would remove it but then she became unavailable for months where I had to speak with someone else then they switched up their words I have tried to do something about it I have not succeeded
