Regional acceptance incorrectly marked my account as late. I explained to them that the representative on the phone wrote the numbers down wrong. They sent me a later in the mail advising that they would erase the negative markings if I can show a bank statement where they had authorization to take the money out with the card number but how is that possible when the representative wrote the wrong number down in the first place please make it make sense or actually listen to what Im saying and remove the negative remark I should not be penalized for a representatives error.
