XX/XX/XXXXXXXX : I purchased medication from XXXX XXXX for {$2600.00}XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX : I discovered along with many other customers of XXXX XXXX that the pharmacy that XXXX XXXX sourced medication from, XXXX, is not licensed for sterile compounding. According to the Florida Department of Health ( XXXX # XXXX ), XXXX failed its sterile compounding inspection, did not follow proper procedures, and produced medications without authorization. Additionally, the pharmacy is not licensed to ship medication to my home state of California and is currently under active investigation and regulatory action by its states Department of HealthXXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX : I opened a dispute with Capital One against XXXX XXXX for selling me misrepresented goods for {$2600.00}. I described the facts that came to my knowledge in XX/XX/XXXX. Despite sounding empathetic, the Capital One representative I spoke with wrongly classified my dispute as me simply wanting a refund. She made no note of the reason ( i.e. misrepresented goods ). This misclassification caused tremendous difficulties going forward. I purchased misrepresented goods and dangerous goods. I would like Capital One to help me process my charge back, but they are not helping.
