On XX/XX/year>, an hard inquiry was placed on my credit report with all 3 credit bureaus for a credit card application with XXXX XXXX Banking. This inquiry was indeed not placed by me. Upon this finding and my credit score being decreased, I contacted XXXX XXXX, to have the credit application flagged as fraud and stopped, and an investigation is under way, I spoke with a supervisor and an agent who would not provide me with the details of this fraudulent credit application thats was placed in my name. After speaking with XXXX XXXX, I contacted XXXX and submitted a dispute to have the hard inquiry removed from my credit report. In 72 hours it was removed. The hard inquiry is still showing on Transunion and also Equifax. I have called both credit bureaus to fill disputes for this fraudulent inquiry. Both Transunion and Equifax are still reporting this fraudulent inquiry on my credit report.
