XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX RE : FINAL NOTICE DEMAND TO PERMANENTLY DELETE ILLEGALLY REINSERTED AND RESOLD ACCOUNTS UNDER FCRA 605B, 611, and 623 Consumer : XXXX XXXX XXXX Dear Compliance Department, I am writing on behalf my credit file regarding the unlawful reinsertion and continued reporting of accounts previously deleted by Experian and other bureaus as confirmed in the attached PDF file titled XXXX XXXX REMOVALS PROOF. These reinsertions represent clear and willful violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including but not limited to Sections 605B, 611, 623, and 616-617.
