On XXXX XXXX I received an email stating that my account was restricted due to adverse activity on my account when I called the TD bank customer service about this they said they needed me to verify my identity in a local TD bank branch I did confirm my identity in person and the bake teller XXXX XXXX He submitted a form for me and then when I called yesterday, I have another call center representative at TD Bank by the name of XXXX said that she submitted a request for an update in that, unfortunately the back office has denied both forms and she said they couldnt tell me why and Im very upset because its been two days since I heard anything or whether or not, they were lift the restriction for my account ever since then the call center reps had treated me like an absolute criminal. I believe this is racially biased, and racially motivated behavior by TD Bank because I had this account for a month and I never had any problems at all until this incident occurred
