I had to file a dispute on some XXXX XXXX transactions that were not me. The guy who took my dispute filed every charge separately which caused the account to be flagged and closed. Okay fine. When my account was closed they refused to give me my funds from the account because they said the funds came from a provisional credit which is still technically my money to protect financial hardships as the one I am in now because of the 90 day investigation. I have called and called the company will hang up or say there is no one to talk to
