LVNV Funding LLC has violated my rights as a consumer and failed to properly investigate the inaccurate and incomplete information I disputed and they continued to collect on the debt while it was in dispute. They have violated 15 usc 1681s-2b for failure to conduct a proper investigation and considering all relevant information regarding the dispute. If this is not removed from my credit report I plan on taking them to arbitration using the original creditors agreement since I have the right to do so.
