In XX/XX/XXXX I borrowed money from XXXX to pay off 2 credit card debts one of them was to Truist Bank. XXXX debited the money from my checking account. This worked fine until XX/XX/XXXX. All of the sudden I started to receive overdue notices and numerous phone calls from Truist saying they had not received payments. At first I ignored them thinking it was a system glitch. Then I started to call both Truist and XXXX. After numerous phone calls the XXXX rep said that XXXX system was sending the money after the due date!!! After several more calls to both XXXX and Truist, basically no solution was offered. Meanwhile my credit score took a XXXX point hit. I don't understand why I am being punished because the 2 systems can't communicate. From the overdue notices I am getting it appears XXXX just stopped paying the credit card company although they continued to debit the payment from my checking account.
