In XX/XX/XXXX I borrowed money from Cambrige to pay off 2 credit card debts one of them was to XXXX XXXX Cambridge debited the money from my checking account. This worked fine until XX/XX/XXXX. All of the sudden I started to receive overdue notices and numerous phone calls from XXXX saying they had not received payments. At first I ignored them thinking it was a system glitch. Then I started to call both XXXX and Cambridge. After numerous phone calls the Cambridge rep said that Cambridges system was sending the money after the due date!!! After several more calls to both Cambridge and XXXX, basically no solution was offered. Meanwhile my credit score took a 49 point hit. I don't understand why I am being punished because the 2 systems can't communicate. From the overdue notices I am getting it app ears Cambridge just stopped paying the credit card company although they continued to debit the payment from my checking account.
