I am a XXXX of the U.S. military and due to military-related life disruptions, two late payments were reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> while I had, due to XXXX XXXX, no access to a cellphone. I submitted a dispute through both Basic and Advanced Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) channels and froze all secondary data sources ( XXXX, XXXX, etc. ). Despite this, XXXX XXXX still verified the information as accurate without proper evidence. This appears to be a violation of Section 607 and 611 of the FCRA which requires maximum possible accuracy and proper investigation. I am requesting immediate removal of these late payments due to insufficient verification and hardship caused by active military status.
