I am filing this complaint against TransUnion for continued reporting of fraudulent, inaccurate, and unverified accounts including collections and charge-offs that I have already disputed with supporting documentation, including an FTC Identity Theft Report, proof of address, and certified letters. Despite this, TransUnion continues to report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$22000.00} charge-off ; never verified XXXX Credit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tied to identity theft XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX not mine, no documentation ever provided XXXX Bank paid ; XXXX XXXX ignored XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$330.00} collection XXXX not XXXX XXXX XXXX / First Energy {$4500.00} collection XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX addition, TransUnion continues to list unauthorized hard inquiries : XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX Card XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX all pulled without my consent To make matters worse, TransUnion added XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after my original disputes were filed violating the FCRA by placing new fraudulent items mid-investigation.
