Failture to provide these documents confirms that the information is unverifiable and must be removed per 15 U.S.C 1681 i ( a ) ( 5 ). if these accounts " DEPTEDXXXX XXXX can not be verified with the requested documentation it must be deleted immediately. continued false reporting or payments extends the life of this account beyond legal reporting limits, violating the FCRA. please provide a resolution in writing within the legally required time frame.
