Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX. I recently applied for A complex apartment a couple days ago, which they had turned me down because of the two evictions that I have on my rental history I have filed an FTC report for it to be removed. XXXX had removed it from their platform and also a couple of others had removed the XXXX evictions. One of the eviction is XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and the other XXXX at sunny side village in XXXXXXXX XXXX off their platform .. due to FCRA XXXXaw Its against the law to leak anybody personal information to a second credit bureau. No, its against the consumer law if the consumer did not consent or have a wet signature to release their information to any credit reporting agency it is against the FCRA law. I had called my nearest XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX House to find out if they had submitted my personal information to the credit bureaus they stated that they are not allowed to send nobodys personal information to any credit agency reporting or the second credit reporting because its against their law to send out anybodys information And they will get penalized for sending out personal information that was not consent by the consumer!!
