My XXXX account has been permanently auto restricted on XX/XX/year>2025, with no prior risk ( s ) on my account. This restriction has caused serious inconvenience since my account transaction history is nothing to none. I was unable to take any actions on the limitation with the Reference ID : XXXX. It was automatically decided, which I am 100 % confident is done in an error. Please note that my account 's limitation with this Reference ID - XXXX was successfully validated with my DC issued driver 's license. No risks, no violations were detected. Please know as well, that the information on my ID i.e First, Middle, Last name, registered home address, D.O.B matches exactly the information on my PayPal account. I have tried resolving this issue with your customer support, but they refused to make any considerations. To assist you people with clear investigation on this issue, with this complaint, I am sending you with my PHOTO ID, Selfie with ID, proof of address ( Bank statement ) for it to be resolved successfully. Please know, I am eagerly awaiting your response.
