I am a victim of identity theft, and several fraudulent accounts and unauthorized inquiries have appeared on my credit reports across all three major credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX, and TransUnion ). These accounts were opened without my consent or knowledge and are significantly damaging my credit profile. Despite multiple disputes and supporting documentation submitted to the credit bureausincluding a police report, a copy of my government-issued ID, and a copy of my Social Security cardthe following fraudulent accounts and inquiries remain on my credit reports. Fraudulent Accounts and Inquiries to Be Removed : XXXX XXXX ( Account # XXXX ) Charged-off account with inconsistent reporting and no verification. XXXX ( Account # XXXX ) Reporting incorrect open dates and credit limits. XXXX XXXX Fraudulent auto loan never authorized by me. Unauthorized Inquiries from the Following Companies : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I did not authorize any of the above accounts or inquiries. I have submitted disputes through the credit bureaus and have not received proper investigations or timely resolutions as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Some of these inquiries and accounts date back several months and continue to report despite being disputed. I am requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) assist in compelling the credit reporting agencies to immediately remove all fraudulent accounts and inquiries listed above and provide a written confirmation of the corrections.
