I included a screenshot of the CFPB ruling. I also attempted to settle with XXXX XXXX due to the fact that I have medical insurance and they state it was never provided to them. Every doctor or medical service I hand my insurance information. Now they state its too late to submit it to XXXX. I asked them to remove it as well and they refused. I also offered to pay it at the rate they would have received from XXXX and they advised they would only accept {$1500.00} per XXXX. My case is it should not be on any of my credit reports because it is a medical debt.
