On XX/XX/XXXX, I was sent {$1300.00}. from my daughter. Immediately a text was sent from Cash App stating that my funds would be available in Cash App to withdraw and deposited into my bank checking account on XX/XX/XXXX. Monday XX/XX/XXXX I had to withdraw my {$1300.00}. instead of my cash depositing automatically into my checking account through my linked debit card XXXX. Nevertheless, my transaction was denied, and this course of action took several attempts to deposit my funds to my account to date XX/XX/XXXX. Next, I called Cash App numerous times, but I only received an automaton message stating to contact Cash App Chat. Needless to say, I chatted with support for about XXXX days with no resolution. Eventually, I was given by chat support an email to contact Cash App by phone. I called and spoke to XXXX a Cash App Support, and she suggested how I could receive my money. However, I questioned XXXX as to why I have a linked XXXX XXXX to Cash App to send and receive funds that should be sufficient enough to deposit my {$1300.00}. XXXX had no answer to my question. She then proceeded to suggest options such as linking another debit card, which I replaced with a new debit card, a Cash App card, or attaching my bank account to Cash App, which I was not considering. In closing, I could go on and on as to the challenges I have gone through, and still going through XX/XX/XXXX to revive my money is outrageous, to say the least. I pray & hope that a resolution will prevail in this matter. Thank you for your time and effort. Attachments included.
