OneMain Financial contacted me by phone on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX and via email on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and several other dates since I sent OneMain a cease and desist letter by certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX disputing this fraudulent charge. XXXX has continued to contact me and harass me regarding this fraudulent debt in this year of XXXX on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, XXXX. These attempts made on behalf of OneMain include deceptive means and false representation of the character, amount and legal status of this disputed debt. This harassment and continuous fraudulent entry on my credit report has affected me emotionally, financially and has impeded me from obtaining student loans to complete my education, among other negative affects on me. OneMain, OneMain Financial needs to also be investigated for unjust enrichment, failure to perform, and deceptive trade practices. I am seeking damages for these violations. XXXX
