I am a complaint because my creditor is reporting late payments on my credit account under the name Department of Ed XXXX XXXX involving XXXX separate accounts in that name that are inaccurate and not properly verified. I have disputed this directly with the credit bureaus and the furnisher but the late payments remain without proper validation documentaion. Under 15 USC 1681 S2, a furnisher must report accurate information. Under 15 USC 1681 ( I ), the credit bureaus must perform a reasonable investigation within 30 days. Neither have provided sufficient evidence to support the negative reporting. Equifax and Experian have already went through litigation for shame investigation credit reporting error procedures. I demand that the late items be removed and restored if TransUnion, Experian and Equifax can not provide verifiable proof in the form of an affidavit signed under penalty and perjury then late payment must be erased or both accounts must be deleted for inaccuracy and lack of due process. Under 15 USC 1681 ( 4 ), I have the right to privacy. I consider late payments as private information and require them to be deleted. Per 15 USC 1681 ( a ), Any transaction between me and a creditor are required to be excluded from my credit report. Per Federal laws this is a violation of consumer laws and needs attention immediately
