I was contacted via mail and email and phone for XXXX XXXX who claimed lvnv funding the creditor my account for XXXX XXXX XXXX which was a scam in and of itself if a credit card is already had a judgment against me on in court assigned them my account now they sent me letters proving this so I paid off my debt making payments on time on a lowered agreed upon amount and it was paid in full. On the XXXX of last month XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX out of XXXX XXXX XXXX Iowa filed an execution against me in court I tried to reply that it was already paid and my requests were being retracted in the XXXX for the Iowa courts online and so I called a lawyer of mine who had handled the case prior to ask which type of motion I needed since mine kept getting retracted. He offered to file and reach out to gurstel law firms attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX and three my lawyer called back saying that he had to file w the attorney general and that I probably got frauded by XXXX and lvnv funding as well in an email
