I HAVE CONTACTED XXXX SEVERAL TIMES CONCERNING THIS ACCOUNT UNDER MY NAME THAT WAS OPENED UNDER FRAUD, XXXX STATED I WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLY SINCE IT WAS FRAUD, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM FOR OVER 3 YEARS, THEY HAVE SENT IT TO OVER 10 COLLECTION COMPANIES AND I DISPUTE IT AND CALL THE COLLECTION COMPANY AND CALL XXXX AND THEY SAY IT DEEMED AS FRAUD, THEY 3 MO LATER IT SHOWS UP AGAIN WITH ANOTHER COLLECTION COMPANY, I KEEP DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. EVERY TIME I CALL XXXX AND THE NEW COLLECTION COMPANY THEY SAY YOUR DOB IS WRONG AND THE ADDRESS IS WRONG AND EMAIL IS WRONG AND PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE NOW FILED LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST IC SYSTEMS AND XXXX XXXX TO FINALLY GET THIS PROBLEM FIX. I WANT BOTH COMPANIES TO BE IN COURT AND EXPLAIN THIS TO A JUDGE AND GET A COURT ORDER SIGNED. ITS NOW STOP MY CLOSING ON MY HOUSE AND NOW I MAY LOSE MY DEPOSIT.
