I am filing this complaint against Cash App ( Square , Inc. ) regarding two unauthorized transactions made through my account. On XX/XX/year>, and again on XX/XX/year>, my Cash App account was used without my permission to make purchases on XXXX. I did not initiate or authorize these transactions, and I believe my personal and financial information was misused by someone else. I contacted Cash Apps support team to report the fraudulent activity, but they have not resolved the issue. I did not receive a refund, and I am concerned that my personal data is not being properly protected. These transactions were not authorized by me, and I have not shared my login or security information with anyone. I have taken every reasonable step to protect my account, including enabling security features.
