I am writing to bring to your attention a case of potential fraud and negligence involving Paypal on date XX/XX/year>. I was misled into authorizing a payment of amount {$990.00} to an individual criminals name XXXX XXXX XXXX or alias XXXX XXXX through the use of my fingerprint authentication. I believe Paypals interface was designed in a way that obscured the true nature of the transaction leading me to believe I was confirming a different action for the check from XXXX to be sent to myself as a result. My funds were transferred to this criminal without my informed consent. I requested the court investigate Paypals practices and consider their liability in this matter. I am seeking restitution, purity damages, and mental anguish for the lost funds and a review of Paypal security measures to prevent future occurrences of this nature. Then on XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/year> I spoken to PayPal again about the funds they given away to XXXX XXXX XXXX and who supposed to pay XXXXXXXX XXXX for PayPal? Because I was not due to the fact that I had been making faithfully payments to XXXXXXXX XXXX with PayPal and I did not ask anyone to give that money away so at this time I feel strongly that XXXX XXXX is involved in this as well because right after I got off of him and told him I was not paying that money they gave away and they told me if I dont pay it. They was gon na put me in collection so after that, I have a XXXX XXXX credit card with security and a XXXX XXXX credit card XXXX and have paid up to {$10000.00} or more with XXXX XXXX of my credit with them and also with XXXX XXXX been making faithful payments with them and when I went to go order my water from XXXX XXXX yesterday find out that my purchase didnt go through so did they connect to me with a representative and they said they have a problem with me and I can not make any more purchases until I straighten out whats going on and they talked about PayPal so you all contacted the other card services that Ive been paying on and I was paying you all too many PayPal and you think it cause yall gave money away that I was supposed to be a fool pay this money back to XXXX XXXX with PayPal and just allow this company or corporation whatever they call it itself to rob me so basically what they did is cut off my other credit cards. Stop me from using them and Im not gon na pay nobody to suffer for me for using my credit card I didnt do anything for my card should be stopped. So basically what theyre doing is messing up my credit that I work so hard to build up how you have a credit score of XXXX I believe now my credit score is at XXXX. I am doing excellent for myself. Ive come along way for the people to come here and call themselves robbing me. By paying for something that I already paid for. not only that they added a bunch of miscellaneous charges on top of my bills so I just feel like this is just wrong and something need to be done about this. I like to see CFPB for being there for individuals like myself whos getting taken advantage of by criminal active corporations.
