On XXXX XXXX venmo by paypal closed my account for no valid reasons, they asked me to send verification id which i provided and after that they told my account would be permanently closed.However i have {$110.00} left on the account and I kindly told them if the account is going to get closed can i at least get my funds back so i can go about my business.They stated that i wont be able to get access to my funds for 180 days and it can even come to a point where they keep the money.I work for this money, i have not violated their terms of service and its unfair that theyre putting me in that situation specially where i have to ask family and friends for help and i have to repay back for something i didnt even do.I would like to get my funds back at this point recovering the account is not even a option for me i just want my money back from them, and theyre customer services are rude and cant provide no help.
