On XX/XX/XXXX of this year, I contacted Truist Bank regarding a serious issue with my account. I have been a customer for some time, and I noticed that a payment I received for a property I sold in my home country was missing from my account. Cheking account # XXXX Specifically, the amount of {$74000.00} ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars ) was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. When I called, I was transferred to the fraud department. I was told the case would be reviewed, but I was kept waiting for an entire month without any clear updates. Now, every time I try to get more information, I am told that my account is under investigation. However, I can still see that the balance is available in the account. The problem is that the account has been closed, so I can not access the funds or visit a branch to receive a check. This money is urgently needed to resolve financial matters, and I respectfully request your assistance in helping me recover my funds as soon as possible.
