A fraudulent business loan was taken out under my name and business XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after speaking with XXXX XXXX he stated if I filed a FTC Identity Theft Claim, File a Police Report, fill out the Affidavit of Dispute Form provided by him and come into the office to give a sworn statement about the theft the loan will be removed from my credit reports that's being reported by Community Reinvestment Fund. XXXX needs to remove this account immediately because their also in violation of reporting a fraudulent loan on my credit along with a illegal late payment 15 US166B.
