I applied for a cash advance with Advance Financial and was approved. However, when I tried to access the funds, my account was blocked due to a supposed fraud suspicion. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and called several times, but I havent received any clear explanation or solution. The responses Ive received are either automatic or extremely brief, with no real information. I have not been told what documents are required or how long the process will take. Meanwhile, I dont have access to the funds that were approved, and the situation is very frustrating. I am requesting that my case be reviewed seriously, that my account be unblocked, or that I be clearly informed of the steps I need to take to resolve this issue. This customer service is unacceptable. I requested it more than a month ago, approximately on XX/XX/XXXX, for XXXX and even though I call and write, I never receive a response to help me. Only if you are on hold due to suspicion of fraud, I ask for help to know how to solve it, what to send to solve this problem, and I don't receive a response or they tell me to call, and when I call, they tell me to send an email, and they never respond to the email.
