I am a known victim of identity theft. I have been trying to rectify this since last year. For the most part I have been able to rectify this situation. I have sent all the paperwork suggested by the Federal Trade Commission but Experian is refusing to do anything about one credit card that was opened fraudulently in my name at XXXX. I am not sure what the deal is with them and XXXX but this card is not mine. It is really causing me a lot of stress and wasted time trying to remedy this. They are breaking the law, this account is not mine and it does not seem like they are been bothering to check this information. Please help me.
