The company Transform Credit is in violation of fair credit and trade act. They have negelected to inform me of accurate information with regards to the loan amount and interest, as well they have mislead and publicly reported inaccurate information about my payments on the loan in both the amounts and frequency. Recently my credit report showed that this account has been closed, now currently it has been reopened with a different amount owed. The amount owed has been fluctuating each time I check my credit report.They are a predatory lender with very confusing correspondence. If you call 3 different representatives of their company you will get 3 different answers to the same questions.
