Dear Sir/ Madam, On XX/XX/year> I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and requested them to help me understand unauthorized XXXX XXXX XXXX details and upon conversation the Customer support team advised me that there was an error and a mistake on the XXXX XXXX credit cared statement and I need not pay the balance, additionally he said that he has already put a note that there is an error on the Credit card statement. Post which the reversal of the payment was reinstated, I reached out to the XXXX more than XXXX times by phone, chat and email, I did not receive any clear justification on the charge, rather I was put on hold for multiple hours, disconnected and not respected. As I was not clear of the charges and started questioning the statement as a fraud or an event of stolen Identity, XXXX posted a negative remark on my Credit Score, I wrote to all the XXXX Bureaus, and they advised me to reach out to XXXX who are now not co-operating and have not responded to my emails. I used to get multiple missed calls and Automated calls from XXXX harassing me to pay the balances and when I called them they used to put me in long Holds and disconnect the calls. The whole Order has been mentally and emotionally stressful and difficult. I will be attaching the details of the same in the complaint.
