On XX/XX/XXXX I got a notification on XXXX XXXX that my credit score dropped XXXX points. The app said that XXXX of my accounts were reported delinquent and when I look it was all of my XXXX accounts. I immediately called XXXX and told them that it was wrong. My college was reporting me withdrawn which was also wrong because I am enrolled full time. I submit my forms at my school and then I got a notification from XXXX to my email that it was received and processed. On XX/XX/XXXX I got a notification that my XXXX dispute was denied and that the reporting stands. I called XXXX again to ask for the dispute status on their end and the operator told me that on their end the dispute was approved and was put in on XX/XX/XXXX. This seemed inconsistent to me because I called them and asked for a credit dispute that day, the operator said when they get the forms they put in the dispute. I did nothing wrong, Id still have a XXXX months grace period. I graduate from this school XX/XX/XXXX. Its unfortunate because I was hoping to buy a car in the next few weeks.
