I have been violated according to 16usc 1681a ( 2 ) Exclusions.paragraph consumer report does not include ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; This is reporting my report and this causing me to be denied creditand I am formally requesting, under the provisions of 15 U.S. Code 1681i, that your agency conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of this item. I have enclosed documentation supporting my position that this late payment is incorrect and/or unverified. Additionally, the furnishing of this late payment may also violate 15 U.S. Code 1666b, which requires creditors to provide at least 21 days from the mailing or delivery of a billing statement before a payment can be deemed late. If the furnisher failed to meet this requirement, the reporting of a late payment would be unlawful.
