I ordered groceries on XX/XX/year> which was XXXX paid via XXXX ( which somehow resulted in a duplicate charge ) I never received my groceries so XXXX refunded my order.I gave details and documentation and i contacted XXXX, who informed me they they refunded my entire charge so there should have been no charge.CHIME keeps telling me that they refunded me but the duplicate charge was never refunded.The charge is still on my account and CHIME REFUSES TO HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE AS MY MONEY IS BEEN GONE SINCE XXXX AND ITS XX/XX/year>.
