XX/XX/XXXX TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN..... This is my official complaint against both XXXX Credit Bureau and United Community Bank, XXXX, Ga. I've tried more than once to get a REAL investigation done against United Community Bank, XXXX, GA to require them to provide a detailed FORENSIC investigation regarding a Debt Consolidation Loan I engaged in back in XXXX - exactly how disbursement of funds were made - dates, amounts, to whom, etc. I adamantly dispute United 's accounting practices in the matter, their numbers don't add up right. They still refuse to cooperate w/ME, and XXXX refuses to hold them accountable per my past dispute requests ). I alledge, clear violations of FCRA/CFPB laws! 15 USC, 1681, for starters. I'm no lawyer - just a very dissatisfied XXXX consumer acct. - but I'm learning as I go. Even some of XXXX XXXX reportings are also WRONG in other creditor reportings! I complain to creditors and they blame a credit bureau, vice versa. XXXX blames creditors, creditors blame XXXX ( all passing the buck ) and nothing gets resolved! i.e. - I paid XXXX {$200.00} timely each month, final payment XX/XX/XXXX ( I've got the completion letter from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) and yet my XXXX report STILL shows a bal due over {$2300.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. Nothing has been corrected! This and other miscalculation have/are keeping my FICO score much too low ( having grossly harmed, repeatedly to date, my overall daily life since XXXX, since so many things are rated on FICO scores! ) Though given most of my other creditors keep better reporting records ( any creditors associated w/United in this loan are, I alledge, are in possible FCRA laws violations, too. I paid as long as my declining health allowed ( XXXX ), having NO FINANCIAL SUPPORT ( I lived off my meager Social Security income ONLY, so payments to United had to stop. I was unable to work even part time after XXXX, and never have been since - having had major XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX, re-attach XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX ). UNITED charged off my acct and CLOSED it ( I thought, since having no further communications from them or debt collectors ). Then I see in XXXX (? ) UNITED Bank chose to RE-OPEN my closed acct ( w/o a notification or authorization from me )! Isnt that illegal? I keep my credit reports frozen ( have for 20 yrs ) so no reason to check 3 credit bureau, until last year 2 years, surprisingly to me - all 3 bureaus showing same errors, miscalculation, etc. - frauds or incompetent reportings or both? In XX/XX/XXXX United ( after I had requested another dispute inquiry ) chose to show me as a BAD DEBT on my XXXX report ( who failed to honor my dispute, just claimed " errors '' were justified. ) XXXX only knows how far/long/wide this travesty against me has gone on. I.E. - Having a significant XXXX XXXX- in XXXX a XXXX co. took pity on me, ( " bad credit risk '', couldnt borrow funds for repair ) - they repaired it ( XXXXXXXX XXXX has become a problem of course, so I need to move - only can after this " bad '' credit matter can get rectified ). New health issues slowly arising from ongoing stress/XXXX XXXX delays. What's next? There are various questionable actions United, et. al. have reported to XXXX ( and /or other 2 bureaus, as well? ), yet XXXX still refuses to follow up, and chooses instead to leave those bad remarks/calculations on my cr reports ( w/o doing a thorough forensic investigation I've repeatedly ask for. Illegal, on their part? How long will these injustices drag on? I don't currently have a computer ( and no one who does can, or should be expected to help. I'm XXXX, no siblings/grandchildren, so me and my cell phone are my only way to " do business '' ). If phone allows I'll attach a bit of confirmations to my allegations/dispute ( you can be sure I DO NOT lie, though. ) I await your followup investigation CFPB, I've tried far to long now for getting help in this matter. Only recently found/hoped CFPB could help me get needed corrections made. Even a couple attorneys suggested I just " file bankruptcy ''! I never have, don't plan to start now, esp. since I don't deserved that. I see attorneys just want " low hanging fruit '' ( simple/quick money ) cases. I can contact a Civil Rights attorney ( should one become necessary, hopefully it won't ). Also ( my being partially XXXX ) the AXXXXA might also come into play? Elder exploitation ( " willful and/or negligence '', by others? ), at the very least. Even GA Banking/Finance ( shorthanded? ) won't take a complaint, they conveniently route complaints back to GAs generic customer complaint XXXX #! Same run around from GAs Attorney Gen. Office. Impossible to get a REAL person to talk to. I've been trying for over a year, at various times. And XXXX won't even allow me to add a personal statement/comment! Respectfully, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX SS XXXX BD XXXX XXXX Please forward a copy of this complaint to any/all agencies with authority/jurisdiction in this matter. Justice Dept, Civil Rights, XXXX, FDCPA, etc. Upon request, I can/will provide needed proof of my request for a forensic audit. And a recent news story said CFPB has in XXXX ( XXXX ) fined XXXX ( {$15.00} XXXX ) for these same sort of incompetent investigations/violations. I see XXXX doesn't put any real effort into doing investigations. They don't let me download any of their " results ''. If they do actually contact a creditor, they simply take the word of the accused creditor - now how lame/unethical/illegal is that? No doubt, other 2 bureaus are equally lazy ( I wonder how many FCRA violations they practice ongoingly )?
