On or about XXXX XX/XX/year>, I submitted complaints via the CFPB ( Complaint IDs XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). All XXXX responded to my complaints via the CFPB Portal as " verified ''. Upon conducting my own independent investigations, every single company that I contacted stated that they did not receive anything from any credit reporting agency in regards to investigating any of my accounts. For example, both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX clearly stated, and even were helpful enough to submit emails to me for verification, " no further missed payments have been reported, as the account is no longer active ''. The " Big XXXX '' reporting agencies not only lied to me, but submitted a fraudulent response to the CFPB just so a response was given within the allotted amount of time.
