I have reviewed my EQUIFAX credit report and noticed a fraudulent account as a result of identity theft from XXXX XXXX on my credit file. I have disputed this numerous of times with EQUIFAX with no resolution. My XXXX AND XXXX credit report does not show this fraudulent account on my credit reports at all. And according to the FCRA that is a violation. I have sent in my FTC report and all required documentation and they still refuse to remove this fraudulent and inaccurate account. And additionally the fraudulent account was charged off and sold to a collection agency which is also identity theft. I have requested validation of this account also with my wet signature on the contract which I have not been provided as well. EQUIFAX told me that my two legitimate FTC reports were invalid so I have sent in three FTC reports upon their request which makes no sense. There are so many violations of my rights with this fraudulent account and should be removed immediately. The account says it was opened in XX/XX/XXXX in which it was fraudulently opened in XX/XX/XXXX it but the age of the account says 5 months. I request that this account is blocked and removed pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. & 1681 c-2 ) which states that these accounts must be removed within 4 Business Days of receipt.
