Subject : Ongoing credit reporting violations despite evidence submitted ; severe personal harm and legal escalation. I am submitting this complaint against all three major credit bureaus, Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, for knowingly continuing to report a false and invalid collection account placed by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX Despite submitting multiple disputes and supporting documentation proving that XXXX failed to validate the alleged debt and had honored a cease and desist, all three credit bureaus allowed XXXX to re-report a new collection account. This action occurred after my original CFPB complaint and was done in direct retaliation. As a result of the continued reporting, I have now lost access to safe housing and am officially homeless. This new collection appeared just after complaint with CFPB. I now believe that not only has XXXX violated my rights under the FDCPA and FCRA, but the credit bureaus have also willfully and negligently violated FCRA requirements under 1681i, 1681e ( b ), and 1681s-2 ( b ) by allowing unverifiable, damaging data to remain.
